Shipping Policy

Overview

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (Excluding Sundays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING all over the USA.

Handling Time is 1 – 2 Days (Mon-Sat).

Delivery Time is 7 – 9 Days (Mon-Sat).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@zorbica.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a free cost within 12 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email. You may cancel as long as the product has not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after has been sent.

If you fulfill the “Order Cancel” criteria. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Invalid or Undeliverable Shipping Addresses

 

It is essential to provide us with the correct shipping address while placing an order. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address, you may change it usually within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

We recommend double-checking the shipping address before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is slightly used and in its original condition, we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@zorbica.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
