Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zorbica.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Yes! To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange.
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by responding to your order confirmation email. After this period, we begin processing the order and cannot make changes.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
