By placing an order through Zorbica.com. you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zorbica.com If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

30 Days Return Policy

At our store, we want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day Return policy. This means that if you want to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you received it to do so. However, there are some conditions that must be met for the return to be accepted.

Firstly, the item must be in the same condition that you received it – this means it should be unworn or slightly used, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, like a receipt, to be eligible for a return.

We’re happy to accept free returns on items that we shipped out ourselves, but only if there was an error on our end – for example if you received the wrong item or it was damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept free returns or exchanges for items that you simply changed your mind about, or if you selected the wrong size, design, or shipping address.

If you have any questions about placing an order or whether an item is eligible for a return, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

To initiate a return, you’ll need to provide your order number, and we’ll refund your original form of payment once we receive the returned item. Please keep in mind that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return Or Exchange?

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you might receive a wrong or damaged item during shipping. If that happens, don’t worry because we’ll take care of the return costs for you.

However, if you’ve simply changed your mind about the item or if you accidentally picked the wrong size, design, or shipping address, the responsibility of the return costs lies with you. We offer free shipping for all our products, but unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns, so it’s important to use a shipping method that includes tracking. Additionally, to avoid any unnecessary customs fees or duties, please make sure to clearly mark your package as a return with the message “RETURN, NO DUTIES” written on it. This will help to ensure that your package is processed smoothly and returned to you promptly.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged And Wrong Products Or Issues

Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected].

Restocking Fee

Please be aware that for all products, there is a restocking fee of 15% that will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return the item. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the product once it is returned to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order by responding to the order confirmation email. However, please note that once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

If you meet the criteria for canceling your order within the specified time frame, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
