Thank you for shopping with Zorbica! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing

Once you place your order, our team will process it within 1 to 2 days (excluding Sundays and holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that the latest order cutoff time is 6:00 PM EST.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer Free Shipping across the United States. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, excluding P.O. boxes due to carrier restrictions. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zorbica.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by responding to the order confirmation email, as long as the product has not yet been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent.

Invalid or Undeliverable Shipping Addresses

It is crucial to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, you may be able to change it within 12 hours of placing your order.

We recommend double-checking your shipping address before finalizing your order to avoid any issues.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
