At Zorbica, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience if you need to return or exchange an item.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. However, the following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

- The item must be in the same condition you received it, with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to be eligible for a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zorbica.com If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the item. We cannot accept returns without prior approval.
Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zorbica.com We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange. If there is a price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, we will adjust the amount accordingly. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it by responding to the order confirmation email. After the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Return Shipping Costs
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
However, if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, design, or shipping address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. While we offer free shipping on all our products, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
Please use a shipping method that includes tracking for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 5 business days.
