   I've been using this pillow for around a month. It took a few weeks to get used to, so don't worry if you don't see instant results. I've noticed that my neck doesn't feel as stiff when I wake up, and my sleep has improved a bit. I'm happy that I bought this pillow!

   I went through a phase where I was dealing with persistent neck and upper back discomfort due to sleeping in awkward positions. I tried using numerous pillows to alleviate the issue, but despite my efforts, I kept waking up with aching muscles in my neck and shoulders. That's when I decided to purchase this pillow. To my delight, as soon as I started using it, my condition noticeably improved. It provided the necessary support to keep everything in place, allowing me to sleep more comfortably and finally experience true relaxation.
