   I work from home on my computer all day long, and from sitting a lot, plus, due to age, my sciatica pain was getting worse. I used different memory foam products before and tried to change my position constantly, but after a while, they started not working. I needed one with a hole right below my sitting bones. After long research, I found this one. This is the best one yet that I came across and it's very comfy.
